| Exatron's Prototype Engineering
Test (PET) Fixture is a semi-automated solution that
bridges the gap between a fully automated handling system
and a low cost, lower volume handler. The PET-3 provides
device placement, alignment and test head clamping for
device characterization, high speed testing, etc. Exatron
has pioneered the concept of Single Tooling from Benchtop
to Production Floor with the PET which uses common tooling
and electrical contact methods between the PET and our
full line of automated production handling systems. The
PET-3 is Exatron's only handler solution for devices
which are strictly tray-borne such as QFPs, PQFPs and
TSOPs. |
