• All flex PCBs should be silk screened with outside edge routing lines.
• There should be at least .010" of metalization clearance from all routed PCB edges.
• Standard edge routing tolerances for rigid PCB is +/-.005"
• All routing of rigid boards is done on CNC routers.
• Given their nature, flexible boards are ordinarly cut by hand. If die-cutting is required, there will be an additional charge.
• Custom routed through holes and routed cavities available on request.

Pre-manufactured Boards - Special Requirement
It is imperative that any premanufactured board be designed to include at least 1/2" of bare metal on all edges of the board to facilitate the plating process.
