| In recent years, the handler
industry has been building ever larger, ever more complex,
ever more expensive tray handling systems. These systems
made by our competitors take up square meters of floor
space, and can cost upwards of $250,000 to $500,000.
These systems are complicated, involving many axes of
motion, many electrical subsystems, and very complicated
software control.
Exatron has taken the
other road: we have developed a small, simple,
easy to use, uncomplicated table-top
handling system without all those expensive bells
and whistles. What we have created is a system
for two, three or four trays, single or dual test/programming
sites, with optional vision inspection, taping
and labeling capabilities. All this for a very
reasonable price.
