| The Model 3000BL Labelling
System is an expanded standard Model
3000B, incorporating the Zebra 90xi label printer
and Exatron automatic label apply mechanism for a complete
Program/Test/Label Handling System. The 3000BL prints
and applies polyester or high-temperature labels to integrated
circuits after the devices are tested and/or programmed
on the 3000BL test site. In addition to all trackwork
and plating being manufactured of ESD-safe materials,
the label pick-up/apply head is conductive, thus removing
any static charge which may have built up on the label
itself.
The 3000BL comes with software
allowing the printing of text in
a wide variety of fonts and sizes,
bar codes, etc. Serialization software
is available as an optional upgrade.
