Sizes & Materials

Exatron labels come in a single row on the backing
material. They are arrayed such that the "height" dimension
of the label runs along the long-axis of the label
backing material, and the width runs across the material.
All labels come on a six inch diameter roll.
It is critical to specify whether
you need the polyester or high-temp labels when ordering
the 20- or 28-pin PLCC labels.

Exatron does not guarantee to have all label sizes
and types in stock at any given time. It is important
that all customers maintain at least a thirty-day supply
of labels in their own stocks. Exatron cannot be responsible
for unavailability of label sizes.

In addition, label ribbon is available for all the
above labels. Most ribbon is black and produces black
type. Green, Red and Blue ribbons are available on
a special order basis. Only one color can be used to
print on a label.
Custom
Label Sizes
Custom label sizes can be manufactured, but involve a large one-time
set up charge to cover production of the label die and engineering
charges. Please contact Scott Manning at Exatron for more information
on custom label sizes.
