The LaserScribe EHM Laser Marker System is designed to mount to an Exatron Gravity Feed or Pick & Place handling system for marking the devices handled by that system.

Operation
The LaserScribe mark generation software operates like a basic CAD software package. The operator must use the software to set a mark. Once the mark is set the operator must simply set the system to run.

Every LaserScribe system is equipped with a modem and PCAnywhere software to allow remote control of the laser control computer. This allows service technicians to remotely diagnose problems with the laser and even operate the laser from a remote location.

Options

• The laser is available in four wavelengths: 1064nm("infrared"), 532nm("green"), 355nm ("UV"), or 10,600nm (CO2)

  • 65 PSI shop air if custom pallets are used which require pneumatic pressure
