Exatron software provides the user a clear picture of the laser mark
they are about to produce, scaled up for easier viewing.
Different
Marks "On-The-Fly"
Exatron software can be configured with changeable marks. That
is, different marks can be programmed for different test results,
either by having several full marks pre-programmed, or by including
variable fields in one mark. For example, a date code can be set
as a field in a mark which will then be updated automatically by
the computer.
Serialization
On-The-Fly marks also provide for serialization of devices. Working
from a master list or a machine generated sequential code, SmartMark
software can provide absolutely unique marks on all devices.
