Based on the Exatron Model 650 XY Manual Laser Enclosure.
Linear motor-driven XY table with digital encoders ensures precise movement and marking.
Inspection measures X, Y, angle of entire wafer/tray or individual devices and sends to laser, which ensures precise marking.
Add-a-mark method allows alignment of new mark file with existing device markings.
Marks an entire tray at once or device by device.
Manual load/unload.
Easily configurable for waffle packs, wafers, JEDEC and custom trays.
Designed, manufactured, and assembled in San Jose, CA, USA.
Adds to Exatron’s already extensive line of laser marking solutions.
