The Exatron Model 901 pick and place handler has the unique ability to output programmed, laser marked, independently verified, and top/bottom inspected SERIALIZED devices in 100% perfect serialized order. No missing numbers, no out of order numbers, no double numbers, no empty tape pockets. Even with a 1% fail rate, there is no UPH hit. This handler maintains the correct serialized device order while expediting the remaking of replacement parts that may fail at programming,

Over the years, Exatron has developed a long list of functions for our products. We refer to these functions as Building Blocks. Exatron can quickly arrange these building blocks into a system that meets or exceeds your requirements.
