The Exatron Model 901 pick and place handler has the unique ability to output programmed, laser marked, independently verified, and top/bottom inspected SERIALIZED devices in 100% perfect serialized order. No missing numbers, no out of order numbers, no double numbers, no empty tape pockets. Even with a 1% fail rate, there is no UPH hit. This handler maintains the correct serialized device order while expediting the remaking of replacement parts that may fail at programming,
The Model 8000 handler is designed for high-volume, high-speed testing of memory devices presented in stackable JEDEC trays.
